No Refunds for Change of Mind

Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Clear photos or videos of the defect must be provided to our support team.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support at sajawathouse.pk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and attach clear evidence of the defect.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we will share return shipping details with you.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was received in a faulty or damaged condition.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue either a replacement or a refund (excluding shipping charges) to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window.
  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage.
  • Items purchased during sale events, clearance, or promotional offers.
